Membership in the Pharmaceutical Printed Literature Association gives your organization a better opportunity to stay informed about the latest key regulatory and policy developments that could impact your business. PPLA represents the industry and its members through participation in regulatory and legislative forums at the state and federal levels on matters of common interest and concern to our members.
Membership in the PPLA increases your organization’s exposure to key decision-makers influencing regulatory and policy developments impacting your business.
Corporate members include any business entity engaged in the manufacture and/or sale of printed literature and packaging intended to accompany drug and healthcare products (OTC or Rx). They also are manufacturers of raw materials and/or equipment used to produce printed literature (including paper, paperboard, ink, printing machinery, folding machinery, etc.). Each corporate member has one vote in PPLA matters, and representatives from the corporate membership may serve on the PPLA Board of Directors.
Associate members are business entities that are not eligible for corporate membership in the PPLA, but are engaged in commercial or educational activities that support and/or promote the purposes of the PPLA. Associate membership also is available to manufacturers of raw materials and/or equipment used in the production of printed literature that would otherwise be eligible for full membership but choose not to join at that level, and that voluntarily agree to relinquish their voting rights. Associate members and representatives from these companies cannot serve on the PPLA Board of Directors.
